How shipping works

  1. Get a quote

    Once you've chosen a vehicle, email us at support@motorbayusa.com with your zip code. We'll calculate the exact shipping cost based on distance from Pompano Beach, FL.

  2. Confirm & pay

    We'll include the shipping cost in your total at checkout. You pay securely by card or Bitcoin.

  3. Vehicle pickup & prep

    We prepare the unit for transport — fluids checked, battery secured, any loose parts removed or secured.

  4. Transport & tracking

    A licensed, insured carrier picks up the unit. We send you carrier contact information and estimated delivery window once the unit is en route.

  5. Delivery & inspection

    The carrier delivers to your address. Inspect the unit before signing the bill of lading. Note any visible transport damage on the delivery receipt before accepting.
